FENLO Consumer Product Warranty

FENLO SIXTY (60) MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY

  1. This warranty covers FENLO Fantasy Edge Pro, Fantasy Plus Pro, Fantasy Pro, Fancy Edge Pro, Fancy Plus Pro, Fancy Pro, and each of its component parts (the “Product”). Any product not listed and within our older lines are subject to a different warranty that you can find on the FENLO website.

  2. The Product will be under warranty through FENLO as SIXTY (60) MONTH warranty plan (“Complete Product Warranty Plan”) which is made up of two concurrent warranties for the Product Structure Warranty  and the Product Mechanical Warranty.

  3. Under the Product Structure Warranty of the Complete Product Warranty Plan, FENLO warrants that the MDF wooden poles, boards, and shelves will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of SIXTY (60) MONTHS from the date of purchase.

  4. Under the Product Mechanical Warranty of the Complete Product Warranty Plan, FENLO warrants that the LED poles, Direct Current Power Adapter, LED Poles with Direct Current Connector, Primary LED Poles, and internal wiring, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS from the date of purchase.

  5.  FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES: FENLO IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR SUCH PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

  6. This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Product and to each transferee owner of the Product during the term of the warranty. Transfer of this Warranty only entitles the new owner coverage for the remainder of the originalSIXTY (60) MONTH Complete Product Warranty Plan period, subject to approval from the FENLO customer service team upon providing adequate information of purchase.

  7.  In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of the Product not caused by any misuse or damage to the Product while in your possession, FENLO will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to you, within ten(10) days of submission, subject to approval.The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the Product or refund of the purchase price upon evaluation from the FENLO team. However, FENLO will only provide a refund if it is unable to provide a replacement for the Product and FENLO determines that repair of the Product is not commercially practicable or cannot be accomplished within the time for performance. Any repaired or replaced Product shall also remain subject to the original SIXTY (60) MONTH Complete Warranty Plan from the date of the original purchase from the official FENLO website (www.shopfenlo.com), and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original warranty period or start a new warranty period.

  8. If this Product or one of its component parts contains a defect or malfunction, after a reasonable number of attempts by FENLO to remedy the defect or malfunction, you will be entitled to either a refund or replacement of the Product or its component part or parts, at your election.

  9. The term of the Complete Warranty Plan begins on the date of purchase of the Product, and continues for a period of SIXTY (60) MONTHES, for all products purchased on the official FENLO website (www.shopfenlo.com).

  10.  To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, you must submit a request through FENLO’s official customer service email at customerservice@shopfenlo.com with the order number, customer name and mailing address, date of purchase, platform of purchase, detailed description and photos of the defect, within five(5) days of first occurrence of the issue. In order to complete a claim, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary information to identify the defect through a combination of words, photos, or video.

  11. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

  12. This Product Warranty shall not apply to any product that has been (i) subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any instructions issued by FENLO, or (ii) has been reconstructed, repaired or altered by persons other than FENLO.
